This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Houston, TX, for an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager. The HSE Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and the promotion of a safe work environment. Daily responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, leading safety training sessions, monitoring site compliance, investigating incidents, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement safety improvements.

• Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing HSE policies.
• In‑depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead safety initiatives and engage teams.
• Proficiency in HSE documentation, reporting, and tracking systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage safety programs for industrial settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred.
• Previous experience in the oil and gas or industrial services sector is highly desirable.
