We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to owning their work, and providing superior quality. You should thrive in a diverse environment and be comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have a sense of genuine, engaging curiosity, and a desire for growth and continuous learning.

Someone in this role would typically have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree and 5+ years of experience working with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality assurance programs.

• Lead the review of customer contracts, extract applicable quality requirements and champion their execution through various design and fabrication process stages. Liaise with internal and external customers, including vendors, to ensure compliance with quality assurance processes.
• Support the review and release of mechanical or electrical engineering drawings for compliance related to customer specifications, configuration management, traceability rules, inspection capabilities, design requirements, and quality deliverables.
• Support the review and release of work authorizing documents and nonconformance report dispositions to ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal company procedures. Apply mandatory inspection points (MIPs) for steps that need secondary inspection verification.
• Audit and approve suppliers to meet Quality Management System requirements of AS9100 or ISO 9001 and ensure that the supplier can meet the technical specifications levied by Oceaneering…
