Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Our client, a global Energy and Industrial Manufacturing leader, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Execution organization supporting Modernization, Upgrade, and Inspection & Repair project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Manager – Turbine Modernization & Repair
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Pay Range: $30 – $34 per hour
What’s the Job?- Manage multiple modernization, upgrade, and inspection/repair projects through execution and warranty phases
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Track schedules, costs, and performance against project budgets and timelines
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding project status and schedule changes
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Project Management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Project Lead role
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of steam turbine design, manufacturing processes, BOMs, and technical drawings
- Competitive hourly pay
