- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
- Ten (10) years of experience in a project‑related industry preferred;
Five (5) years also preferred. - Prior water/wastewater infrastructure project experience preferred.
- Review and understand customer technical specifications for water treatment plants.
- Provide general project management support to the project manager and the team.
- Fluent in Korean language.
- Have knowledge of pumps, tanks, pressure vessels, piping, valves, and instruments.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, standards, practices, and specifications.
- Prepare proposal documents and project documentation.
- Facilitate timely engineering reviews of vendor quotes.
- Review vendor quotes and purchase requisitions for compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct periodic vendor visits to monitor progress.
- Create and maintain the Project Master document list.
- Coordinate internal engineering activities across Aquatech offices, external agencies, and site contractors.
- Respond to RFIs from subcontractors.
- Handle initial document submissions, address customer comments, and resubmit revised documents for approval.
- Coordinate collection of inputs for 3D models and resolve issue tags.
- Follow up on project action items to ensure timely closure.
- Attend meetings and distribute minutes for internal and customer meetings as required.
- Create and distribute monthly project team updates.
- Provide status, control, and progress reporting support. Prepare project schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6 per project requirement.
- Verify project progress and prepare monthly progress reports.
- Support customer correspondence via the project manager.
- Travel to visit vendors, job sites, or attend meetings as required.
- Compile request for bids (RFB) for EPC contractors.
- Compile proposal and project documents for client submission.
- Work autonomously without constant guidance.
- Expect 30% travel (international and domestic).
- Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Interpret specifications related to engineering equipment.
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Decision‑making ability and leadership skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD engineering drawings and P&IDs.
- Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.

- Work with multiple disciplined projects.
- Plan and manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail.
- Use SAP software.
- Use MS Office software at a high level of proficiency.
- Use MS Projects and Primavera P6.
- Navigate 3D models through Navisworks.
- Use estimating software such as RS Means or Sage (formerly Timberline) is an advantage.
