SMT Fixture/Tools Maintenance Engineer (A Group MLB PE 02)-Houston,TX Purpose of the position

Responsible for maintain,optimize,andtroubleshootfixtures of SMT (Surface Mount Technology, consumer electronics industry) fixtures(tools to support PCB or pressing PCB, such as: SMT Holder/Carrier/JIG). Collaboratecloselywithproduction,engineering,andqualityteamstoensurefixture Reliability,improve yield,and improve fixture usage efficiency.

• Fixture design: analyze and design fixturedesignsusing
  
  CADsoftwareandproposeimprovements.
• Fixture purachse:
  Workcross-functionally(production,asset department) toenhancefixturearrived before built start.
• New fixture/tools IQC(incoming quality control)：follow IQC inspection procedures to check the samples meet the specification requirement or not;
• Fixture/tools diagnose,repair: to ensure fixture performance andreducemaintenancecosts.
• SMT fixture document management and technician training: formulate and compile operation standard, and training technician.

Educational Requirements:

Associate degree or above

Work Experience:

1-3 years of experience in Fixture/JIG maintenance, tooling design, orprecisionequipmentrepair(electronics/smartphonemanufacturingpreferred).
