Exxon Mobil is based out of the Houston Area in Spring, Texas. We are accepting applications for recent and upcoming university graduates for full-time engineering opportunities across the U.S.

We seek students with who are passionate about what they do and eager to join us in providing solutions to society’s energy needs. Students with strong academic performance in core programs, leadership, and communication skills who have recently graduated, or have an upcoming graduation date, seeking full-time placement with a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree in the following engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply:

What you will do

Mechanical Integrity, Process Engineering, Process Control, Process Development, Product Development, Project Development, Project Management, Quality Control, Modeling and Optimization, Test Method Development, Wells Engineering, Wells Operations, Safety, Environmental, Reservoir, and Supply Chain.

Work Location

Depending on the location, Exxon Mobil engineers support our chemical, refining, pipeline and upstream operations, with opportunities also available within research & technology and supply chain.

Assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following locations:

Your Total Rewards

Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.

Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $90,000 – $125,000 base salary ($/year).

We offer you:

  • Pension Plan:
    Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life.
