• 3–5+ years of civil estimating experience with strong knowledge of unit pricing and cost analysis.
• Proven track record in preconstruction estimating for large‑scale BESS and solar projects (typically around $20M).
• Experience working on projects across multiple states as projects are not limited to Texas.
• Proficiency in HCSS, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam for takeoffs and estimating.
• Hands‑on background as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the field with an understanding of actual construction processes.
• Renewable energy experience is required; oil & gas experience is a strong plus.
