I am partnered with a nationwide civil engineering firm that is continuing to grow its Land Development and Site Engineering team in Houston
. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a Civil Engineer Project Manager who enjoys leading projects, working directly with clients, and remaining hands‑on technically while mentoring junior staff.

• Lead and manage land development projects for commercial, institutional, and residential clients
• Oversee site design, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion control
• Prepare and review site layouts, construction documents, and technical reports
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and local agencies throughout design, permitting, and construction
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
• Support projects from initial planning through construction completion

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s degree a plus
• 6 or more years of professional experience in land development or site civil engineering
• Texas Professional Engineer license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with commercial real estate and site development projects
