Description
Position Title: Senior Designer – Pipeline/Mapping
Location: Houston, TX

Position DescriptionThe Senior Designer – Pipeline/Mapping will be responsible performing detail design activities within the Pipeline/Mapping discipline.
Essential Functions- Perform designs and layouts of Alignment Sheets, Property Plats and Permit Drawings utilizing CAD hardware and software.
- Review vendor drawings and other documents.
- 5 or more years of experience in a drafting environment developing Pipeline/Mapping drafting deliverables
- 5 years of CAD experience
- AutoCAD 2016 and Civil 3D
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards
- Working knowledge of survey data and aerial photography/imagery
- Working knowledge of public domain mapping from federal, state and local agencies such as USGS, USDA, NOAA and DOT
- Micro Station V8 a plus
- Blue Sky Skyline
- ARGIS data and map creation
- Microsoft Access
High school diploma required. Associate's degree or certification from technical trade school preferred
