Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and assembly electric actuators, resilient and high-performance valves, and pressure safety valves.
- Manage customer returns & repairs, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all work aligns with safety and environmental compliance standards.
- Test and calibrate pressure safety valves and control valves.
- Conduct process valve troubleshooting, repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance.
- Perform comprehensive testing procedures, analyze test data, and simulate test results.
- Read, analyze, and interpret test procedures and valve specifications to ensure proper function.
- Research and evaluate potential solutions for prototypes based on valve specifications.
