This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of design technology, leading a growing engineering team, defining best practices, and implementing cutting‑edge BIM/CAD standards to support large-scale mechanical system projects.

You will be responsible for leading and developing the engineering team, driving BIM & CAD innovation, establishing industry‑leading design standards, implementing new technologies, and elevating the overall technical direction of the department and traveling between office locations to support team development and collaboration.

This role would suit a strong technical leader with deep experience in mechanical system design, BIM/CAD management, and engineering team leadership.

The Role:

• Lead and develop the engineering team
• Develop and implement BIM & CAD guidelines and best practices
• Travel to office locations for leadership and team development

The Candidate:

• Mechanical engineering or architectural experience
• AutoCAD/BIM experience
• Proven leadership experience
