Wescon is a precision aviation tool manufacturer with offices in Lake Forest, CA and Houston, TX. Our products are manufactured in the USA, and we have proudly served the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry since 1987.

We are looking for a sales professional experienced with aircraft assembly tools, including Microstops, Drill Bars, Drill Guides, fasteners, fastener removal tools. The role focuses on driving sales to aerospace and defense manufacturers and related organizations across the United States.

• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy focused on brand awareness and revenue generation.
• Identify prospective aerospace and defense manufacturers and key decision-makers.
• Leverage your network to uncover new business opportunities.
• Convert prospective leads into long-term clients.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends to highlight Wescon’s value proposition.
• Build relationships and network with key decision-makers at industry events, workshops, and trade associations.
• Manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close contracts effectively.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Wescon’s products and solutions.
• Partner with distributors, resellers, and manufacturers to expand market reach.
• Provide expertise and guidance on precision aviation and defense tooling.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• 5–10 years of experience in the North and South American markets.
• 2–5 years of experience in the aerospace or aviation industry.
• Experience with aviation and defense manufacturing processes.

• Degree in engineering, business administration, sales, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with precision aerospace and defense tooling.
