Dagen is recruiting a Planner, Manager Pipelines for a growing downtown LNG company.

This is an in-office position.
The Planning Manager, Pipelines is responsible for overseeing elements of major pipeline projects. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of pipeline engineering, procurement, and construction sequencing. Core responsibilities include collaborating with contractors and functional leads to develop and maintain effective schedules from feasibility through execution.
The Planning Manager, Pipelines will take ownership and accountability for schedule data and supporting processes by using the schedule as a management and communications tool. This new position reports to the Director, Pipeline Planning & Scheduling, and will be based at our office in Houston, Texas, with potential for travel to project locations and contractor offices.
Qualifications- 10+ years of relevant planning & scheduling and project controls experience in major Oil & Gas engineering and construction projects, particularly pipeline infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Preferred certifications include those from PMI: PMP, PMI-SP and AACE: PSP, EVP, CCP.
- Strong knowledge of linear construction, contractor management, and interaction with EPCM firms.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to efficiently summarize and prioritize information.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Dedicated work ethic with ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and business needs, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and TILOS scheduling software, and Acumen Fuse.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power
BI, and Visio skills.
