We have an opportunity on our Rapid Response team.
- Provide high quality and customer focused technical and operational support.
- Utilize Remote Diagnostic and other tools as Service lab, Cimplicity , Simatic-S7, TIA and Seabridge.
- Troubleshooting and technical support for rigs in operation, onshore or offshore.
- Support the full range of HMH products.
- Development and improvement of 24/7 support center services.
- Adhere to HMHs vision, values, strategies, policies, standards and procedures.
- Experience from troubleshooting of drilling equipment.
- Relevant technical education BSc/MSc. Relevant practical experience may compensate for technical education.
- Multi-discipline and operational knowledge for product portfolio.
- Solution oriented and ability to take initiative and manage work in an efficient manner.
- Curious on new technology, and ability to acquire new knowledge quickly.
- Well-developed customer focus.
- Ability to perform well in stressful situations.
- Flexible, motivated by working with continuous improvements and engaged in delivering quality results.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
