We are a leading professional services firm focused on the world's energy transition. Join our Power Generation Team to design and deliver high‑quality process piping solutions.

• Develop process piping models, equipment arrangements, and field verification on established and construction sites.
• Apply standards, specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing for design accuracy.
• Use 3‑D CAD software (AutoCAD, Micro Station, Hexagon CADWorx, Smart Plant) to create precise drawings.
• Provide design assistance and quality control on medium to large‑scale projects.
• Act as consultant on work progress, resolve design discrepancies, and oversee drafting support.
• Lead drafting and design support staff on technical assignments when required.
• Prepare multiple design iterations for engineering review.
• Maintain documentation of project progress, issues, and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical professionals throughout project phases.
• Use analytical techniques to solve complex engineering problems and update existing designs.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors for drafting and design review meetings.
• Provide guidance and training to entry‑level drafting support staff.
• Keep current with latest drafting practices and industry standards.
• Adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and responsible decision‑making regarding resources.
• Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of design/drafting experience with AutoCAD and/or Micro Station.
• 3‑D modeling experience using Hexagon CADWorx or Smart Plant.
• Coordination model experience with Navisworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and sound judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with WSP’s policies.
• Flexibility for schedules that may extend beyond a typical workweek.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with P&IDs, orthographics, isometrics, general arrangements, and related drawings.
• Field experience at power plants or refineries.
• Smart
  
  Plant3D administrative experience.
• CADWorx administrative experience.

Expected Salary (all locations): $98,300 – $175,230.
