A leading mechanical/HVAC contractor in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee large commercial and industrial mechanical projects. This confidential position offers a strong project pipeline, long-term stability, and the chance to join a respected contractor known for delivering high-quality HVAC and mechanical systems across Texas.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with a proven track record of managing complex mechanical projects, leading teams, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and on budget.

• Manage all phases of commercial and industrial mechanical/HVAC projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Review mechanical/HVAC drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for projects.
• Track project financials, reporting, and profitability.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams as needed to support project planning.

• 7+ years of mechanical/HVAC project management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC systems, construction sequencing, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
