Electro/Mechanical Supervisor

At EOSOL we are looking for Electro/Mechanical Supervisor to supervise, coordinate, and control all electrical and mechanical works on site, ensuring they are carried out according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules
, while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.

• Oversee the installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Supervise cable routing, wiring, terminations, motors, pumps, HVAC, piping, and rotating equipment installation.
• Ensure that all works comply with technical drawings, standards, and project procedures
  .
• Review and interpret schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), P&IDs, and mechanical layouts
  .
• Verify alignment, calibration, and functionality of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ensure all materials and equipment meet the approved specifications and quality standards
  .
• Conduct inspections and functional tests before handover to the client.
• Identify and report nonconformities or technical deviations
  , proposing corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation
  , including inspection checklists and test reports.

• Enforce HSE policies and safe work practices during all field activities.
• Ensure personnel use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow lockout/tagout and permit-to-work systems.
• Report and stop any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective measures.

• Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings with construction, engineering, and HSE teams.
• Coordinate activities between electrical, mechanical, civil, and instrumentation disciplines
  .
• Monitor progress, productivity, and manpower allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Manage the procurement and availability of tools, materials, and consumables required for the work.

• Keep up-to-date daily progress reports, inspection records, and As-Built documentation
  .
• Report to management on project progress, technical issues, and resource needs
  .
• Support the commissioning and handover documentation process
  .

• Strong leadership and team supervision.
• Excellent technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems
  .
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years in supervision of electrical and mechanical works in construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Electrical systems (motors, panels, power distribution, grounding, instrumentation).
• Mechanical systems (piping, pumps, compressors, rotating equipment).
• Relevant standards:
  IEC, NEC, ASME, API
  , and related safety codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and standard office tools.
• Certifications (preferred):
• HSE Supervisor Training, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space Entry.
• Commissioning or QA/QC certification.
