This role requires a minimum of a high school diploma and a technical degree in Electrical, along with five years of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance work, optimizing spare parts, and acting as an SME on electrical systems. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and be familiar with SAP and CMMS systems.
