Seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead a team of procurement specialists supporting large-scale Transmission & Distribution and Substation projects. This role requires deep knowledge of high-voltage electrical components and proven leadership in managing procurement teams.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement and expediting staff
• Oversee sourcing, negotiations, and contract awards for high-voltage packages (switch gear, transformers, wire & cable, conduit, substation assemblies)
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical specs and schedules
• Monitor budgets, supplier performance, and delivery timelines; mitigate supply chain risks
• Maintain and grow vendor relationships within the electrical infrastructure sector

Requirements

• 8+ years’ procurement experience in T&D and/or Substations
• 2+ years’ leadership experience in construction or infrastructure
• Direct high-voltage sourcing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

Preferred: EPC background, strong vendor network, experience supporting estimating and BD teams.

Travel up to 25%.Seniority level
