What You'll Be Doing
** Job Scope:
** This role manages sourcing for labor services – General maintenance, electrical maintenance.
** Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*** Lead RFQ activities and supplier negotiations across North America
* Develop and execute supplier agreements, extensions, and change orders
* Drive cost reduction and report sourcing savings by category
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and reliability
* Labor Contracts# # Ideal Background

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
*
* Experience:

** At least 5+ years experience sourcing on-site and/or embedded contractors – i.e. I&E, industrial cleaning, HVAC services & LDAR is required.
** Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Strong negotiation skills (labor rates experience preferred)
* Knowledge of 7-step sourcing process is required.
* Clear, concise communication with stakeholders

* Physical Requirements:
