Reporting ToProject Operations Manager
In this role, the Project Scheduler takes ownership in collaborating with project teams and suppliers to develop and manage project schedules effectively. This role involves leading scheduling efforts across all project phases, performing risk analysis, identifying critical paths, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time. The scheduler will support the Project Manager in communications with suppliers and customers on project status and timelines, ensure cohesive project execution and foster strong relationships.

Role & Responsibilities- Develop and consult on the initial project schedule by incorporating key milestones and tasks from various phases such as proposal, execution, manufacturing, delivery, and close‑out, including interfacing to supplier and customer dates.
- Lead scheduling activities with internal and external suppliers as the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication and information sharing among the project team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to analyze requirements, risks, and scope changes, ensuring all essential activities are detailed for realistic project schedules.
- Monitor progress and critical paths, notify Project Managers of deviations or scheduling issues and provide recommendations to keep critical activities and milestones on track.
- Issue regular schedule reports and program updates, establish project baselines and provide analytics to monitor progress against key targets.
- Actively participate in project reviews to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are ordered on time to meet schedule commitments.
- Perform critical‑path analysis and help establish mitigation plans, hold suppliers accountable for execution plans, challenging supplier performance versus initial schedules.
The Role
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of project planning, engineering, manufacturing or other operational customer‑facing roles.
- Proficient with planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar software.
- Proven capability in working in a technical environment.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with proven problem‑solving aptitude.
- Strong fluent written and spoken English;
Spanish is an asset. - Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
- Valid U.S. work authorization.
