We’re developing strategies and business cases for emissions-intensive clients to move to low‑carbon energy options as efficiently and safely as possible. Our consultants advise customers on circular and hydrogen economies, water stewardship, electrification, and climate change risk and adaptation. We work on projects around the globe, solving complex problems for diverse clients.

Execution of project scope to a defined budget and schedule; managing and documenting change orders, seeking customer approval prior to changes.

Ensuring customer satisfaction with agreed-upon deliverables.

Accountable for office and site safety for the project team.

Recommending and selecting the project team.

Managing mobilization to plan.

Ensuring all team members have the appropriate tools and equipment.

Mentoring Project Engineers and junior team members.

Identifying and providing specialized knowledge and training for the project team.

Evaluating team member performance.

Identifying opportunities to grow existing project scopes and expand service offerings.

Proactively seeking and developing new business opportunities within existing and adjacent markets.

Actively contributing to the PMO through process improvement, knowledge sharing, and governance support.

Travel as required for various field programs.

• A degree in engineering, I&C, automation, mining, digital technology, data science, or a related field.
• 8+ years managing projects and/or deploying complex digital solutions encompassing instrumentation and control in an industrial environment.

• Proven performance leading technical work as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrated capabilities to build relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in various commercial contracting models/risk profiles (Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc.).
• Proven experience in Waterfall and Agile project management.
• Competency in MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects and working with clients for pull-through work.
• Motivational leadership style and strong communication skills with ability to develop high-performance culture.
• Ability to identify, quantify, and mitigate risks effectively through positive decision-making.
• Ability to manage project change effectively with the project team and clients.
• Capability to work with a diverse global project team in an office and remotely.
• Experience working in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Renewables, and Mining is an asset.
• Must be located or willing to commute on a regular basis to Houston, Texas.
• Willing to travel an average of 25%.

The Project Manager, reporting to the Director, Business Operations & Execution, is responsible for leading and delivering digital projects across Canada, the US, and LATAM. These projects span key industries including Oil & Gas, mining, and other resource sectors, and are aligned with strategic business objectives and operational priorities.

This role involves managing all phases of project execution from planning and resourcing to delivery and closeout while ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and support vertical P&L outcomes through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
