Position: Recruiter – Energy, Oil & Gas Sector

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business across the energy and industrial landscape through proactive outreach, client visits, and relationship‑building.
  • Own the full 360 recruitment cycle for permanent and contract roles.
  • Partner with hiring leaders across engineering, operations, project delivery, and technical disciplines.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your market presence.
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets in a performance‑driven, high‑reward environment.
  • Plan and execute weekly/monthly activity to maximize pipeline and productivity.
  • Travel to client sites, refineries, plants, and corporate offices as needed.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally with strong contract staffing exposure.
  • A proven track record recruiting in technical markets such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, construction, engineering, data centers, nuclear, aerospace, or defense.
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging senior decision‑makers.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and long‑term client partnership building.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • A self‑driven, competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a high‑energy sales environment.
