• Under direct supervision during on‑the‑job training, the candidate must receive and follow specific, detailed instructions.
• Learn and assist other crew members during installation and/or maintenance activities at customer sites.
• Assume responsibility for executing maintenance/installation of TPS rotating equipment and assist crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.
• Primarily interact with assigned mentor or direct supervisor and other specialists/supervisors in the group.
• Execute all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors, following all IET Gas Technology Service applicable processes and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes core values.

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in mechanical and electrical engineering, or 1–2 years of experience in service or installation in the rotating equipment industry.
• Ability to understand and implement technical drawings (mechanical drawings, P&, instrumentation, etc.).
• Strong mechanic and control attitude.
• Excellent English fluency, both spoken and written;
  Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness and availability to travel worldwide 80% of the time (on‑shore and offshore).
• Legally authorized to work in the USA and eligible to work across the border (Canada, Europe, Mexico).
