Arcadis seeks high‑caliber Project Managers experienced in delivering professional advisory and technical services, working with architects and design teams across the Living, Workplace, Education, Retail, Transit, Healthcare, Mission‑Critical and Industrial Facilities practice groups.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
• Administer contracts for professional services and manage budgets to deliver successful financial outcomes, coordinating with legal, finance, and commercial/risk teams.
• Drive commercial results, ensuring projects meet profitability and resource efficiency targets.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with contracts and mitigating potential challenges.
• Translate project objectives into actionable plans, including detailed schedules and financial targets.
• Work with finance to implement and oversee financial controls to track, manage, and forecast project performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and innovation while mentoring junior members.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans, ensuring high‑quality delivery from concept to completion.
• Oversee all project phases, including design and construction documentation, while maintaining design integrity.
• Maintain clarity and consistency across projects by managing all correspondence, documentation, and reporting.

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP, including Pro‑Rate of Completion (PoC) revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with various project delivery methods and their impact on scope, schedule, risk, communication, delivery, and budgeting.
• Experience with design and construction of complex projects.
• Ability to write proposals, define scope/project deliverables, estimate fees, assess risk, and manage contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in budgeting tools/project management software; experience with Oracle project planning is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex teams with multiple disciplines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with client‑facing experience.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in design and professional services.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is an asset.
• Degree in architecture is considered an asset.

Salary range: $118,000 – $201,000.
