Montgomery Roth a division of Shive-Hattery in our Houston, TX office, has an immediate full-time opening for an Office Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Montgomery Roth is a full-service design firm offering interior design, architecture, engineering, and landscape architecture. You will be an integral member of the design team working on all phases and aspects of our varied projects.

• Coordinate the administrative aspects of the office to ensure that the office is working efficiently
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Assist with coordination, development, design, production and distribution of proposals, qualification document package and marketing materials
• Generally, requires a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience or related experience and may have a bachelor's degree

• Self-motivated, detail oriented and high energy individual
• Will be responsible for supervising office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity
• Executes procedures for office activities, such as project documentation and maintenance, communication services, purchasing, facilities maintenance, and other support services either in part or whole
• May supervise or direct the work activities of administrative support positions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs a must.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Newforma a Must
