• Facilitating Workshops:
  Create and deliver workshops that make students think, “I never knew I was capable of that!” From entrepreneurship to public speaking, you’ll teach practical skills that motivate.
• Leading daily Motivation Sessions:
  Begin each day by helping students establish ambitious goals and develop the mindset to achieve them.
• Driving student achievement:

• Designing personalized motivational approaches:
  Collaborate with students to develop rewards and incentives that fuel self‑motivated excellence.

• Conventional teaching:

• Disciplining:

• Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
