• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-2 students, providing coaching and supporting reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent routines and supportive interactions
• Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying challenges proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
• Establishing a classroom environment that is structured, engaging, and individualized

• Must be available to work full-time and on-site at our campus in Chicago, IL;

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–7 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable environments
• Strong storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
• Capable of maintaining high expectations for yourself and students, and motivating children to achieve their objectives
• Growth mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
