OverviewDirects and coordinates the academic advising activities of a college or major educational office.
This position works in the Office of Undergraduate Business Programs at the
C. T. Bauer College of Business and will be responsible for advising undergraduate business students prior to declaring a specific business major. The position also leads data-informed planning and execution of academic advising initiatives that support student degree progress and major declaration, including outreach efforts, educational programming, and resource development.
Successful candidates will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, work well under pressure, consistently meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects while remaining flexible and positive. This will require exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferences- Experience in Higher Education

- Education will be considered in lieu of experience.

Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or a thorough general business management knowledge. Knowledge of this level is typically obtained through a directly job-related Master's degree or equivalent formal training in a recognized field of specialization that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
