OverviewThe Education Programs Specialist supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of AAA education programs for advocates, arbitrators, and legal education partnerships. This entry-level role contributes to updating existing training content, developing new instructional materials, and supporting webinars and live programs aligned with AAA-ICDR initiatives and go-to-market tools.
Working under the guidance of the Vice President of Education Services, the Specialist assists with instructional design, content organization, speaker coordination, and program logistics while receiving mentorship in instructional design best practices. The role supports content across multiple formats—including live programs, webinars, asynchronous modules, and law school partnership courses—and helps ensure materials are accurate, engaging, and practice-oriented.
Work EnvironmentThis position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.

This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.

QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Law, Adult Learning, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in training, instructional support, content development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex material
- Familiarity with training or content development tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, LMS platforms such as Intellum)
- Experience supporting webinars or live training programs
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Interest in professional education, legal training, or dispute resolution
- Exposure to legal education, CLEs, advocacy training, or professional certification programs preferred
- Comfort working with subject matter experts and incorporating feedback
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized content repositories
- Ability to manage multiple projects with guidance and maintain reliable follow‑through and deadline awareness
- Willingness to adopt new technologies and workflows
