St. Anne Catholic School is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled Middle Elementary ELA Teacher to guide students as they transition from learning to read to reading to learn. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong readers, thoughtful writers, and confident communicators within a Christ-centered environment.

• Commitment to Catholic education and Church teachings
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification (or enrolled in a certification program)
• Strong background in literacy instruction
• Ability to differentiate instruction and use assessment data effectively
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary
• Strengthen reading comprehension and analytical skills
• Guide students through structured paragraph and composition writing
• Differentiate instruction through guided reading and small-group support
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
• Foster a safe, structured, and Christ-centered classroom
• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues
• Participate in professional development and school activities
• Support school activities and additional duties as assigned
