Key Responsibilities- Leverage their expertise to provide comprehensive instruction and mentorship to Sonography students
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to optimize curriculum delivery and student engagement
- Act as a professional role model, guiding students in their transition from education to professional practice
- Contribute to the development of innovative teaching strategies that enhance student learning outcomes
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards
- Deliver curriculum content to Cardiovascular Sonography students in alignment with program objectives and accreditation standards
- Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development, fostering their growth into competent professionals
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure seamless curriculum implementation and student engagement
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and clinical activities
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program development initiatives
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field (required)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- RDCS or RCS certification (required)
- RVT or RVS certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cardiovascular sonography (required)
- Experience in diverse clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments, preferred
- No prior teaching experience required; a passion for education and mentorship is essential
