• Facilitating one‑hour life skills sessions with K‑2 learners, coaching them and reinforcing literacy skills introduced by Reading Specialists.
• Encouraging students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and meet their weekly academic targets.
• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and critical thinking with steady structure and genuine care.
• Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches alongside your team.
• Building a classroom environment that is structured, engaging, and individualized.

• Must be available for full‑time, in‑person work at our campus in Chicago, IL;

• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with children ages 4–7 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts.
• Engaging storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of capturing and maintaining young children’s attention in group settings.
• Capacity to uphold high expectations for both yourself and students, and motivate children to achieve their objectives.
• Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
