St. Anne Catholic School is a dynamic, faith-filled Catholic elementary school dedicated to providing a Christ-centered education that nurtures growth in Goodness, Discipline, and Knowledge in every student. The Assistant Principal serves as a senior leader within the school community, advancing the mission of academic excellence and faith formation. Reporting directly to the Principal, this position exercises delegated leadership authority in supporting the school's academic, operational, and spiritual priorities.
Qualifications- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, committed to Catholic education and values.
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field (or actively pursuing).
- Valid state administrative certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of successful teaching experience, preferably in an elementary or middle school.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, parents, and parish leadership.
- Experience in student discipline, curriculum development, and faith formation is preferred.
- Serve as a member of the school s leadership team, participating in strategic planning and institution decision making.
- Exercise delegated authority from the Principal in matters of student discipline, instructional supervision, and daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and disciplined learning environment.
- Supervise and evaluate assigned faculty and staff.
- Lead faculty meetings and professional development initiatives in alignment with school goals.
- Lead instructional improvement initiatives, utilizing student performance data to strengthen curriculum alignment and elevate academic outcomes.
- Partner with the Principal and leadership team to implement the school s strategic vision and ensure alignment across academic, spiritual, and operational priorities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- Lead faith based initiatives, including school liturgies and service projects, in collaboration with the Principal, faculty, and parish leadership.
- Oversee extracurricular programs and school-wide events as needed.
- Ensure a positive and orderly campus culture.
