This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at Aldine ISD, located in Houston, TX. The Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing effective lesson plans, delivering engaging and inclusive instruction, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, participating in professional development activities, and maintaining open communication with students, families, and staff to support academic and personal growth.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education to implement and deliver effective instructional strategies
- Strong Communication skills to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
- Experience in Teaching and Training with the ability to adapt methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable classroom environment
- Relevant teaching certification as required by Texas state regulations
- Passion for education and a growth mindset
- Professionalism and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a closely related field
