The British International School of Houston is seeking to appoint an experienced candidate to provide coordination of the business office accounts payable affairs by entering all invoices and processing them in a timely manner. This role will provide support to school departments with purchasing according to accounting guidelines, ensuring OpEx and Cap Ex expenses are properly coded and tracked for budgeting purposes.

This position requires accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining the integrity of the accounts payable system, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with the school’s accounting policies.

All post holders in regulated activity (having regular unsupervised contact with children) are subject to appropriate national and international vetting procedures including satisfactory criminal record checks from both your country of residence/birth and any country of residence within the last 10 years.
