Re-Entry Specialist — Help Students Rediscover Their Passion—and Their Future

Many students step away from school due to life challenges, not lack of potential. As a Re-Entry Specialist
, you’ll reconnect with former students, help them overcome obstacles, and inspire them to return and complete their education in the skilled trades.

This is a meaningful, student-centered role where your communication skills and empathy can truly change lives.

• Reach out to previously enrolled students who have withdrawn
• Re-engage them through phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person conversations
• Help students work through barriers to re-enrollment
• Collaborate with Admissions, Faculty, and Student Services teams
• Motivate students to rediscover their goals and return to school

• Associate degree or higher (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Admissions, Student Services, or adult education
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Positive, empathetic, and student-focused mindset
• Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
