We re seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to join our Corporate Marketing team in Houston. This role partners closely with the EVP of Marketing and sits at the intersection of storytelling, brand strategy, and visual execution. You ll shape how Partners shows up in the market—crafting clear, compelling content for internal and external audiences, including clients, brokers, media, and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a sharp visual eye who enjoys building content that cuts through the noise.
This role serves as the primary content owner for Partners Linked In presence and other owned channels and requires hands-on design capability, particularly in Adobe InDesign. Experience with AEO (AI Engine Optimization) is a plus.

HowYou ll Make an Impact
- Elevate the Partners brand through thoughtful, differentiated storytelling
- Own content strategy and execution across Linked In and owned channels
- Create written and visual content, including select InDesign-based collateral
- Publish and distribute Quarterly Market Reports and Market Edge research
- Develop and manage email campaigns, including performance tracking
- Execute digital and print advertising aligned with brand standards
- Create content with AEO/SEO awareness
- Support planning and execution of Partners’ Annual Client Event
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end with a “no roadblocks” mindset
- Help enforce brand consistency across teams
- Proactively drive approvals and timelines
- Collaborate creatively with the EVP of Marketing and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe In Design
- Experience with Word Press
- Hands-on experience managing Linked In content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in B2B, professional services, or real estate
- Email marketing and campaign analytics experience
- Digital and print advertising experience
- Familiarity with AEO / SEO-informed content creation
- Event marketing or event support experience
- Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and with senior leadership
