• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K‑2 students, coaching them and reinforcing reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
• Teaching emotional regulation, resilience, and problem‑solving through consistent routines and a warm approach
• Monitoring student development and challenges, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
• Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individual connection

• Must be available to work full‑time and on‑site at our campus in San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, after school, coaching, or similar environments
• Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of groups of young children
• Capable of maintaining high expectations for yourself and students, and motivating children to reach their goals
• Growth mindset and coachable attitude
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
