Kido International Preschool is growing, with our newest school opening Fall 2024. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead and Assistant Bilingual Teachers to join our dynamic team.   • Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones and learning experiences, using this information to tailor educational activities.
• Lead:
• • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Serve as a role model for children, demonstrating positive behavior and effective communication skills.
  • Inspire and guide children to reach their full potential, helping to shape their future success.

• Support Lead Teacher: Assist in creating and implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Engage with Children: Provide care and supervision, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Communicate with Parents: Help maintain open communication with parents and provide updates on their child’s progress.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the lead teacher and other staff members to support classroom activities and overall program goals.
• Professional Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR CDA
• At least 1 year of experience working with children from birth to 5 years in a licensed childcare facility.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of early childhood growth and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
