The faculty's role is to provide learning activities that achieve course objectives and foster a positive educational environment. Adjunct faculty are hired part-time on a semester basis, based on student demand, with a maximum of five classes per year.

The work is sedentary with some walking, standing, and light carrying. No special physical demands are required.
Work Schedule and Conditions- Work in a climate-controlled environment
- Hours vary based on class schedules
- MA or MFA in art, or a Master's with 18 graduate hours in art
