We are located in Katy, Texas just outside the Houston metro area. We have a state‑of‑the‑art facility and a committed team of teaching professionals. The school educates about 1,300 students from 67 nationalities each year, following the National Curriculum for England, IGCSE and the IB Diploma. We personalise learning for every student, build character, grow academically, and nurture global citizenship.

The school is seeking a well‑qualified and experienced Learning Support Teacher to join the Student Support Services Team. The role focuses on early years and lower primary (ages 3‑8) and involves supporting students with short‑term learning interventions or identified learning differences, enabling them to access the curriculum through appropriate classroom and test accommodations and strategies.

• Provide support to students who require short‑term learning interventions.
• Implement classroom and test accommodations and strategies to enable access to the curriculum.
• Collaborate with Early Years and Primary colleagues to deliver world‑class support.
• Communicate updates to parents and guide them through their child’s learning journey.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and department meetings.

• Experience in Early Years and Lower Primary (ages 3‑8).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to collaborate across the school.
• Ability to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
• Commitment to maintaining professional practice and engaging in CPD.
