The Awty International School seeks Seasonal Coaches for our Middle and Upper School athletic program. Awty fields 21 varsity sports annually and is looking for coaches who can contribute at the varsity, junior varsity and middle school levels.

Fall:
Boys & Girls Cross Country, Girls Field Hockey, Boys & Girls Volleyball
Winter:
Boys & Girls Basketball, Boys & Girls Soccer, Boys & Girls Swimming
Spring:
Boys Baseball, Boys & Girls Golf, Boys & Girls Lacrosse, Girls Softball, Boys & Girls Tennis, Boys & Girls Track & Field

• Successful coaching/playing experience at the middle school, high school or college level

• Possess the knowledge and ability to teach current sport techniques and strategies
• Demonstrate skill in program development and evaluation
• Possess the ability to effectively motivate and inspire young athletes
• Model exceptional sportsmanship
• Collaborate and work well with students, parents and constituents
• Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills

• Organize and conduct practices, conditioning programs and competitive events
• Instruct with sound principles and expert skills in specified sport
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement at the team and individual level
• Manage, monitor and comply with all athletic department policies and procedures
• Promote the total athletic program and contribute to the wider life of the school including attending parent meetings, student presentations and admissions events
• Complete all related duties as assigned by the Athletic Director
