What You’ll Do Every Day- Ignite imagination: Use our thoughtfully designed curriculum to build lessons that excite, engage, and inspire. Add your own creative spark—it’s encouraged!
- Lead with purpose: Balance playful exploration with structure, meeting every child’s individual needs along the way.
- Build community: Create lasting bonds with families through open communication, meaningful updates, and shared celebrations.

Minimum:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a licensed preschool setting
- At least 18 years old
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA certification
- 5–10 years in licensed childcare or 2–3 years in a Montessori environment
