OB​/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to lead our OB Hospitalist Program as a Medical Director
. This leadership role provides the opportunity to oversee clinical operations, enhance patient care protocols, and guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional obstetric care.

• Lead and manage a team of OB Hospitalists, ensuring quality standards and patient safety
• Develop and implement best practices for hospital-based obstetric care
• Collaborate with hospital administration, nursing staff, and private practice physicians
• Provide direct patient care, including emergency and unassigned obstetric and gynecological cases
• Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and program development
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an OB/GYN Hospitalist preferred
• Proven leadership experience in a hospital-based setting
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hospital staff and private physicians
