We specialize in outpatient orthopedic and sports-related rehabilitation, including post-surgical care (e.g., tendon and ligament repair, joint replacement), aquatic therapy using our above-ground underwater treadmill systems, and telehealth options to expand accessibility.

We're looking for PTs/PTAs who:

• Are passionate about working in a diverse, inclusive community
• Want to be mentored in both clinical and private practice administrative skills
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Enjoy collaborating with local physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Are excited to grow within a clinic that leads in LGBTQ+ health and gender-affirming care

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, post-surgical, and work-related injuries
• Implement personalized rehabilitative programs using therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitative strategies, and self-management
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for holistic patient care
• Accurately document treatment and progress in compliance with standards
• Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care via our my Elation app
