Position SummaryThe organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on joint conditions involving the knees, shoulders, and hips
. This position involves a mix of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and follow-up care, serving an active and diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both operative and non-operative joint conditions and interested in long-term practice growth within a supportive, high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions related to the knee, shoulder, and hip
- Perform joint-related surgical procedures, including arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries
- Manage pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient care
- Provide non-surgical treatment options when appropriate
- Collaborate with physical therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient outcome initiatives
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
- Fellowship training in joints, sports medicine, or related subspecialty preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
