We are expanding our psychiatry services and inviting Psychiatrists (MD/DO) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to join a large, APA-accredited private therapy practice. Our outpatient psychiatry team provides evidence-based, compassionate care for adults and adolescents in collaboration with a multidisciplinary network of over 200 exceptional clinicians. We prioritize empathy, collaboration, and innovative treatment, especially for mood disorders and complex presentations.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents
• Provide care in person at our Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices
• Collaborate with therapists and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical, evidence-based care
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees
• Autonomy and flexibility are offered in your schedule and treatment approach, with support for both medication management and psychotherapy integration

• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry
• Licensed in Texas with an active, unencumbered DEA
• Experience with adult and/or adolescent populations
• TMS experience preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
