Overview
Houston Metro Urology, the largest urology group in the greater Houston area, is seeking a Board-Certified AP/CP Pathologist with subspecialty expertise in Urologic Pathology to join our expanding Urology practice and in-house pathology team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice within a well-established, physician-owned urology group that emphasizes excellence in patient care, collaboration, and innovation. Our Urologists specialize in general urology as well as sub-specialists in the areas of incontinence, female urology, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, cancer treatment of the genitourinary organs, prostatic laser surgery, and the management of kidney stone disease.
HMU is well known for its advanced technology and state-of-the-art cancer treatment.
- MD or DO degree (or equivalent)
- Board Certified or Eligible in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or AP/CP by the American Board of Pathology
- Fellowship training or significant experience in Urologic Pathology is required
- Eligibility for medical license in the state of Texas
- Strong diagnostic, organizational, and communication skills
