We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to provide weekend coverage (1:4) for hospital-based interventional services.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
- Manage acute cardiac patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
- Provide weekend call and procedural coverage (typically Friday–Sunday evening).
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Accurately document clinical activities per standards.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
- Minimum 2–5 years of interventional cardiology experience preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and procedural skills.
- Contract position with competitive pay ($1,000–$1,500/day).
- Flexible weekend schedule (Friday evening to Sunday).
- Location:
New Braunfels, TX; must relocate before starting. - Willingness to travel 25% preferred.
